My DRT450 is a very good value as a "homeowner" type track loader. The process took much longer than expected, I was told 90 days and it took 165! Keep that in mind when ordering. When they tell you "shipped to your door", and you don't have a huge forklift at your house, you need to make other arrangements. The machine works great, mine has the Honda engine option and is extremely smooth. All the attachments look very nice as well. Their painting processes could probably use a little tune-up. There was some overspray, some runs, and slight damage to the paint from the crating/shipping process. Nothing I wouldn't happily accept at this price point! My salesman Dean Sun was awesome, any time i had a question or concern he got back to me within hours, if not minutes. I'm not sure the man sleeps! If you are considering ordering a machine from Derette you won't be disappointed, just go for it.
